Little Trimmings are distributors/stockists of the Dolls Designs range of patterns by Jane Woodbridge and Patricia Evans.
Knitting patterns for 2¼" baby dolls
All the patterns use size 20 knitting needles, and either 60 count crochet thread or DMC flower thread.
They could also be knitted in 80 count crochet thread (Fil a Dentelles), which should come up nearer to 1/12th scale, to fit the little 'rubber babies'
